What is Route Shipping Protection at the Checkout page?
Route is an optional shipping protection applied to the total order to insure lost, damage and stolen package is covered. After purchase Route will send an email link with your protection coverage and a link to file a claim if necessary.
- How long does it take Route to process claims? Route will respond to claims within 24 hours and they will do their best to process/payout claims within 5 days.
How long does it take to receive my package?
All orders are shipped through USPS Flat Rate which has a 2-3 business day delivery time. Please note, we are not responsible for delay order received due to weather conditions or Postal Service delays. Please see our Shipping Policy.
Do you ship International?
Yes, however currently we only ship to selected Countries at the moment. If your Country is not listed on our drop-down menu at the Home, this means we do not ship to that Country. Please check back periodically as we will be added more Countries as we grow.
How long will items remain in my cart?
We do not hold orders. Item(s) will remain in your cart until is sold out. Please note, items in cart does not hold your item(s).
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, once your order has been paid for and completed your order cannot be canceled. Your order will be processed and shipped. Once you receive your order, the item(s) should be return, and you will receive an e-Gift Card (Store Credit) by email.
If an item is sold out or is no longer on your website how can I order it?
If an item is sold out, you can sign-up for email alert. This feature is located under the sold-out item. Once that item is back in back in stock you will receive an email notification.
